RESOLUTION 68.71.22R (MC) represents a significant step towards recognizing and honoring Philippine Independence Day which takes place every June 12th, and to understand the many contributions made by Filipino-Americans in Northern New York, who continue to unify our community with their actions in the City of Albany.

GMA Network Day declared in New York!

The New York State Assembly, through a citation, declares February 27 as GMA Network Day in New York as recognition of the company's lifetime service to the community. It was selected by the first Filipino to be elected in the New York Assembly, Assemblyman Steven Raga.

After which, GMA International's First Vice President and Head of Operations Joseph T. Francia also received recognition from the New York State Assembly for his exemplary service to the community.
